j'ai installé Intellisync sur mon PC afin de synchroniser Lotus Notes avec mon Palm. Pour l'agenda, c'est superb tout fonctionne comme il faut. Par contre pour le courrier c'est autre chose... je n'ai rien de visible dans VersaMail après la synchronisation.
Voici ce que j'ai réalisé :
- configuration de Intellisync. Utilisation de Lotus V5
- renseignement des paramétres de mon compte (VersaMail)
- dans personnaliser Hotsync j'ai bien Intellisync mail d'activé ainsi que VersaMail

En allant sur programme->info je constate que j'ai deux VersaMail d'installé... Est-ce là mon probléme ?
Il y a des mises à jour à télécharger sur le support de Palm pour la synchro de Versamail avec Notes... Les as-tu faites ?

Il y a une version d'intellisync qui traîne sur notre réseau au bureau, et elle est incompatible avec les conduites Notes et Mémo !
Je sais bien que mon intervention fait pas tellement avancer le schmilblik, mais tu devrais peut-être essayer de désactiver ces conduites.

Trudi > je n'ai pas fait de mise à jour, mais lors de l'installation du systéme, le logiciel a téléchargé tout ou partie des données. Cette installation date d'une semaine et quelques jours. Dois-je faire une mise à jour manuellement malgrés tout ?

Pour la synchro entre mails, calendrier, todo, journal etc de Lotus Notes avec ton palm essaye easysync.
Avec ce soft d'Ibm plus de soucis pour la synchro, il est couplé avec hotsync.
Les utilisateurs qui ont un palm (ou pocket pc aussi d'ailleur) chez nous (ils sont tres nombreux), utilisent tous ce soft, sans probleme.
En esperant que ca resolve ton soucis.

Non, si tu as téléchargé les updates, pas besoin des updates de Palm pour la hotsync, Intellisync le fait très bien toiut seul.
Par contre, je suis en train de me demander si avec Intellisync on peut synchroniser le courrier (perso je ne l'ai jamais fait, et maintenant avec OneBridge je ne me pose plus la question vu que la policy d'entreprise nous l'interdit... Quelqu'un pour confirmer ?

J'utilise Lotus Organizer et Intellisync pour synchroniser mon T5. Je n'ai aucun souci. Pour Versamail as tu vérifier dans l'icone hotsync, clic droit, personnaliser si Versamail est sur synchroniser ou ne rien faire. Sinon désinstallle puis réinstalle Versamail et recrée tes comptes de messagerie.
