Ca fait quelques semaines déjà que les patches pour Windows ont été distribués via le Windows Update ou via le Microsoft Update pour ceux qui ont Office. Donc aucun soucis pour patcher le Palm.
Je n'ai eu aucun souci pour installer la patch... Et elle a bien fonctionné mais pour qu'elle fonctionne j'ai dû faire un soft reset... 
Patch installé sans problème également ! Ca me servira sûrement quand j'irai aux US ou au Canada !
